Restarting Steam (ineffective, only proved that the issue is Starbound-specific, since Subnautica's experimental branch updates continued to download without issue).Changing download regions on Steam (changed to several nearby locations, including Valve HQ's closest relay point at Seattle and Chucklefish's closest relay point in London, all ineffective).Uninstall and reinstall of Starbound (temporarily effective, no longer works).Verify file integrity (completely ineffective, only seems to check the base game, which is intact).Mass unsub/resub via mod collection (ineffective, manual deletion of mod files in the workshop folder also does not trigger Steam to reacquire them).Here is the list of things I've done over the course of the past week: Starting sometime last week, subbing and unsubbing mods on the Steam Workshop does not prompt the Steam client to update and install or remove mods.
